A Chemical Engineer with a rich industrial and administrative background, Engineer Enuha graduated from Cornell University Ithaca, USA. Upon graduation in 1975, he joined Dupoint DE Nemours Inc., USA where he worked as Process Engineer and Marketing Manager, before his appointment as an Executive Director of Aranla Industrial Nigeria Limited, a manufacturing concern engaged in the fabrication of tools and spare parts for major oil companies in Nigeria.

Mr. Segun Balogun
Managing Director

Segun Balogun started his insurance career after graduating from the University of Lagos in 1984. Since then he has been exposed to the workings of various offices and departments. Before his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of Intercontinental WAPIC Insurance Plc. He was the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Metropolitan Trust Insurance Company Limited. He also worked at Confidence Insurance Company Limited (85-86), Glanvills (1986) UNIC (1986), LASACO (1986-90) and New Line Insurance Company Limited (90/92).Segun was for many years a part-time lecturer at a private tutorial college for insurance students and he contributed to the success of many candidates. He is an examiner of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria(CIIN). He is a member of Island Club and Ikoyi Club. He is happily married with children.

Alhaji Isyaku Umar

Alhaji Umar is a successful businessman and a notable industrialist with extensive experience in the public service. Among several public appointments spanning 1972 to date, Alhaji was once on the Boards of University of Ife Teaching Hospital and Kano State Housing Corporation. A graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, with a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, Alhaji Umar currently sits on the boards of many other companies in addition to being the Chief Executive Officer of Tofa General Enterprises, Kano

Mr. Erastus Akingbola
Director

Mr. Akingbola began his banking career with Union Bank of Nigeria Ltd (Barclays affiliate) in 1971, becoming an authorised signatory by 1975. He joined NAL Merchant Bank Ltd. (American Bank Express affiliate) in 1977, and by dint of hard work rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Manager by 1985 He joined First City Merchant Bank Ltd in 1987 as Controller of Operations, a post he held till 1989 when he assumed office as the first Chief Executive Officer of Intercontinental Bank ltd. He holds an MBA from University of Lagos.

Mr. Raymond Obieri
Director

Mr. Obieri has 3 decades of banking experience which started with First Bank of Nigeria (then Standard Bank of Nigeria) in 1964. His banking career also took him through NAL Merchant Bank (then an affiliate of American Express Bank), where he rose to become a Senior Manager and the first Nigerian to head the bank's Foreign Operations department.Mr. Obieri, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Fellow of both the Nigerian and London Chartered Institute of Bankers, is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Summit Finance Ltd. Also in addition to being on the Boards of several companies, Mr. Obieri is a member of Council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange

Mr. Alabi
Director

Mr. Alabi, a graduate of sociology from the University of Ibadan, began his vast experience in the industry at the Nigerian Explosives and Plastics Company Limited, which he joined as Sales Manager the same year (1971) he left the university.

He rose through the cadres to become General Manager of the Company in 1977, a position he held until his appointment in 1979 as the Chief Executive od Cakasa (a company engaged in special services to the oil sector).

Mr. Alabi, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, is also the Chairman of Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Nigeria Intercontinental Merchant Bank Limited

Mr. Daniel Amusan
Director

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he is an alumnus of Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta, International Institute of Management Development (IMD), Laussane, Switzerland and Lagos Business School, Lagos. He had his professional training with Ernst & Young (Chartered Accountants)(formerly Arthur Young, Osindero & Co.) and thereafter- joined Mandilas Enterprises Limited as a Senior Accountant. He has served in various management positions in Nigeria Intercontinental Merchant Bank Ltd. The last being the Financial Controller before he was seconded to Intercontinental WAPIC Insurance Plc as Executive Director and later Managing Director. He has acquired over 17 years of experience covering accounting, finance, banking and insurance and recently seconded to Gateway Bank Ltd.

Mr. I. Ugochukwu
Director

He holds an MBA degree from Drexel University, USA and he is currently an Executive Director of Union Adhesives Nigeria Limited.

Mr. R.A. Adewole
Executive Director

He is an associate of the Institute of Chatered Accountant of Nigeria as well as Chatered Institute of  Stock Brokers and Chatered Institute of  Taxation.

His working career took him to several sectors of the economy.
