SUMMARY OF COVER

This insurance is to provide cover for bodily injury solely and independently of any other cause by accidental, violent, external and visible means resulting in death or disablement.

EXCEPTIONS

Except so far as the Company shall by endorsement have agreed to the contrary this policy does not insure against.

Any consequence directly or indirectly proximately occasioned by or contributed to by or traceable to or arising out of or in connection with flood, typhoon, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake or other convulsion of nature, invasion, the act of foreign enemies hostilities or warlike operations (whether before or after declaration of wars) civil war, strike, riot, civil commotion, mutiny, rebellion revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power.

Death, disablement, or disease caused by or consequent upon suicide or attempted suicide whether felonious or not, willful self injury, breach of law on the part of the insured person(s) voluntary willful or negligent exposure of the insured to needless peril except for the purpose of saving human life, indulgence in drink, narcotics or drugs, failure to obtain medical advice and act upon same, insanity or venereal disease.

Death, disablement, or disease caused by or consequent upon participating in hunting, mountaineering, winter sports, racing of any kind, or practice thereof, polo, football or motor-cycling or any other sporting activities.

Death or disablement resulting from accident to any aircraft in which the insured is travelling other than in aircraft operating on a regular passenger service in which the insured is travelling as a fare-paying passenger or a multi-engined aircraft licensed for the carriage of fare-paying passengers and operated by a licensed passenger carrier between established airports.
