This section covers physical loss or material damage from any cause other than those specifically excluded in a manner necessitating repairs or replacements, the insurer will indemnify the insured in respect of such loss or damage.

EXCLUSION TO SECTION 1

The deductible stated in schedule to be borne by the Insured in any one Occurrence, if ever more than one item is lost or damaged in the occurrence. - 10% of loss.

Loss or Damage caused by or arising out of earthquake, volcanic eruption, Hurricane, cyclone or typhoon

Loss or Damage directly caused by any faults or defects, by the failure or interruption by any gas, water or electricity services or supply, as a direct consequence of the continual influence of operation e.g. wear and tear
